This Lily Pad room was created through the generous support of volunteers and donors to provide a clean, calm, and comforting environment for children during one of the most difficult moments of their lives.

1) Before reporting a problem, we invite you to first check the Volunteer Resource Guide.

• It includes quick troubleshooting tips and care instructions for many common issues with electronics, rugs, or organization. You may be able to resolve the issue right away using the step-by-step guidance there.

2) If you’ve noticed something that still needs attention (such as spills, damage, missing items, or anything out of place) we’d be so grateful if you would let us know, using the form below.

• Please do not throw away any damaged items without approval from a Lily Pad staff member.

• Your report helps us respond quickly and ensures this space continues to be a soft place to land for every child who walks through the door. Our team will follow up as soon as possible.
